- Free cancellation 7 days before your arrival
- If you make a cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival, we will charge 50% of your booking.
- If you cancel the same day of your arrival, we will charge 100% of the amount.
- Any modification of the booking it must confirm maximum 3 days before your arrival, through our e-mail info@airesdelemporda.com. Otherwise, we are not responsible of make possible this change when you arrive at the Hotel.
- Check-in from 03:00pm to 10:00pm For late arrivals contact directly with the Hotel.
- Check-out until 12:00am
- Reception hours: from 08:00am to 10:00pm
- If you do not show up in the expected schedule without award a modification, it will be considered as no show and we will charge 100% of the amount.
- In case of no-show, we will charge to your card 100% of the amount.
